- Be proactive in taking the club forward both on and off the field
- Identify addition income streams to enable continued club development
- Further strengthen our relationships with all our stakeholders
- Show respect for everyone connected with cricket at our club
Objectives:
Team:
- 1st XI: Division 1 Champions
- 2nd XI: Establish in Division 2
- 3rd XI: Promotion to Division 4
- 4th XI: Mid table finish in Division 7
- Sunday League XI: League Champions
Ground:
- Achieve average pitch rating of more than 4.4.1
Membership:
- Recruit 20 playing members and 6 social members
Bar Income:
- Increase income to £40,000
Corporate Matches / Pavilion Hire:
Fundraising:
- Raise £5000 towards the cost of replacing the outdoor nets
